Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST ship the same day.

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we are unable to make changes because orders are processed quickly. Contact us right away, and we’ll do our best.

We currently ship to Canada, the U.S., the U.K., and Australia. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you have a customer account, you can also check your order status after logging in.

For advance payment orders, we ship once we have received your payment. Pre-order items have different delivery times, shown on the relevant product page.

We are sorry about that and will look into it as quickly as possible.

The most common reason is that new releases are excluded from discounts and voucher promotions for 4 weeks after their first dispatch. Pre-order items are always excluded.

A quick overview:

• Flip – buckles on the waist belt and shoulder straps, quick to put on. The everyday classic.
• Flip X – similar to the Flip, with crossed shoulder straps for an adjustable fit.
• TaiTai – a buckled waist belt and shoulder straps to tie, for more of a wrap feel.
• WrapStar – a buckled waist belt and spreadable wrap-fabric shoulder straps to tie, for even weight distribution and an individual fit.
• Onbu – no waist belt. A back carrier for children who have reached the required sitting or walking stage.
• Baby wrap – flexible and snug, with a little practice needed.
• RingSling – quick to put on, compact and ideal for short carrying sessions. Experienced users can adjust it for a snug, individual fit.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

We offer our Baby Carriers in three sizes. This allows you to carry your baby from birth (starting at 3.5 kg) until the end of your individual carrying period.

Baby Carrier Onbu

The Baby Carrier Onbu is designed specifically for toddlers and as a back-carry-only carrier, and is therefore only available in Toddler and XL.

Wrap Styles

The right size for you depends partly on how you tie the wrap and partly on your clothing size and height.

These measurements are guidelines for women who wear a size 38/40. Petite or larger women may need a shorter or longer wrap, respectively, for the various tying methods. For men, a larger wrap is often recommended as well.

Ring Sling

A short Baby Wrap, in which your baby sits snuggled up against you as if in a loop.

Yes. The carriers are designed to be ergonomic and support the squat-spread position (M-position). The baby’s knees are bent and raised, while the back keeps its natural curve.

Yes. Start an exchange through the returns portal and select the item you'd like instead. Exchanges are shipped free of charge.

Our products and designs are created with care at our head office near Munich and sewn by hand in Europe. High-quality materials and selected organic fabrics provide a comfortable carrying experience.

No. In these carriers, your baby should face towards you. An outward-facing position does not provide the intended support for the ergonomic squat-spread position.

Whether and when carrying is suitable depends on your recovery. Ask your midwife or treating clinician before carrying after a caesarean section. The carrier must fit your baby and should not press on your healing scar. A waist-belt-free Onbu is only suitable for children who meet its developmental requirements.

The KOKADI Onbu is a back carrier without a waist belt, so there is no belt around the abdomen. It is intended for children who meet its developmental requirements. During pregnancy, ask your midwife or treating clinician whether carrying is suitable for you.

The seat should support your baby from one knee hollow to the other for an ergonomic squat-spread position.

The seat is the lower part of the back panel attached to the waist belt. Adjust it using the hook-and-loop fastening before putting the carrier on.

Check the fit regularly as your baby grows. A seat that is too wide can press into the knee hollows and prevent the lower legs from hanging freely; one that is too narrow gives insufficient support.

Close all hook-and-loop fastenings and buckles before washing to prevent rubbing against the fabric. Avoid tumble drying and fabric softener.

Achte darauf, dass die Kleidung deines Babys in der Trage nicht zu eng sitzt. Besonders enge Strumpfhosen oder Einteiler können die Bewegungsfreiheit der Beinchen einschränken. Ziehe überschüssigen Stoff aus den Kniekehlen heraus, damit nichts drückt oder einschneidet.

Im Sommer solltest du die zarte Babyhaut zusätzlich vor Sonne und Reibung schützen, zum Beispiel mit Stulpen.

Grundsätzlich gilt: So lange es euch beiden gut tut. Eine feste maximale Tragedauer gibt es nicht.

Wird dein Baby unruhig, braucht eine frische Windel oder möchtest du selbst eine Pause machen, ist das ein guter Zeitpunkt, die Trage abzunehmen. Auch wenn das Tragen zunehmend unbequem wird, ist eine Pause sinnvoll. Bei Bedarf kannst du anschließend deine Trageposition bzw. Einstellung überprüfen.

We usually process refunds within 14 working days after receiving your return. During this time, we check the returned items.

The refund is issued to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank. If it has been longer, contact us with your order number using our contact form.

Contact us through our contact form to arrange an exchange for another size, model or design. The exchange is free of charge.

Alternatively, we can convert the amount into store credit so you can choose later.

We offer a 12-month warranty from the delivery date. Every claim is assessed individually.

If something breaks or does not work properly, use our contact form and include your order number and, if possible, photos so we can help more quickly.

KOKADI Stars are our loyalty programme. You collect stars when you shop and can redeem them on a future order.

You receive one star for each €1 of merchandise value. One star is worth €0.01 in savings.

To redeem your KOKADI Stars, first log in with your email address. You can then redeem your stars using the widget at the bottom left.

Exchange your stars for a voucher there. The voucher is valid for 14 days.

Stars can be redeemed in increments of 100:

• 100 stars = €1 voucher value
• You can redeem a maximum of 10,000 stars at once.

• You need a customer account to collect stars.
• Stars cannot be paid out in cash.
• Your stars do not expire. Only the discount code created when you redeem them expires after 14 days.
• Stars cannot be transferred between customer accounts.

If you cancel an order or return all or part of it, the stars earned or redeemed for that order are forfeited.
